Funding EveryChild is interested in collaborating with provider agencies that provide services to families or recruit families to care for children with disabilities.  We are particularly interested in working with providers in developing Support Families.  Agencies that certify and monitor Support Families are funded in a variety of ways.  The state sets program requirements for provider agencies and provides funding through contracts with agencies who in turn provide funding for Support Families.  The state monitors ocntract agencies and the services they provide. The state sets payment rates for services offered by providers to families. Rates vary depending on the program and the child’s specialized needs.
